1 / Please mention our PO number on all your bills and challans.

2 / Please mention material in detail on all your bills.

3 / Unless claimed by you in writing within two days it will  be assumed that the PO is accepted

4 / Quantity over and above the quantity mentioned in the PO would not be accepted.

5 / Rates mentioned in PO does not cover any other specific charges and any transport.

6 / Delivery date mentioned in Po is the date by which goods be delivered at our premises.

7 / No interest is payable of any nature even in case of delayed payment.

8 / The supplier in the PO shall indemnify and hold harmless from and against all claims, actions, damages, losses, liabilities (including without limitation, material liability claims) and other expenses (including lawyers and other legal fees) which Renewcott may suffer or incur as a result of the delivery of defective material supplied by the supplier or any breach of the terms and conditions or obligations set out in PO.

9 / The credit period for payment shall start after the complete material ordered is delivered by you.

10 / In case of jobwork order,delay in lifting the material from our premises would attract ware house charges Rs 100/bale or roll from the fourth day onwards.And any further production of your any order will be stopped.

11 / All the materials supplied should be metal and plastic free.

12 / All the materials supplied should be subject to anti-static treatment.

13 / Any difference in the material supplied by you other than mentioning in the PO will not be accepted and the cost for testing in the laboratory shall be debited to you.

14 / All disputes are subject to Coimbatore jurisdiction.
