Basically the recycled fibres greatest challenge is producing a quality yarn. A quality yarn can be made only from a fibre which has a good staple length likewise only a quality feedstock can produce a good fibre. The quality yarn will also gives a smooth feel without any hairiness. To achieve greater strength there are blend like cotton polyster, cotton polyster viscose(triblend) which are commonly used for making knitted and woven fabric.Otherwise these fibres can be used for all non woven categories like wadding,padding,bedfilling…..etc.
